Im working exclusively on a retained basis with a medium sized architectural and interiors design firm in Boston who are a market leader in the Science and Technology/Life Sciences sector.

They have several major projects about to go into construction and as a result are looking for an experienced senior construction administration architect, ideally someone with demonstrated experience (or interest in) in the construction phase of science and technology projects.

The successful applicant will work closely with the design team, construction manager/contractors and other clients, providing construction administration services, including attending site meetings, observing construction progress, reviewing submittals, payment and change order requests, RFI’s etc.

Qualifications: Degree in architecture/construction management

Minimum 5 years relevant experience

You should be Collaborative, Proactive and have Excellent communication skills

Successful applicants can expect a competitive salary range of $90,000-130,000 dependent upon experience and extensive benefits
