Job title: Director of Construction Administration Company: Bonaventure Realty Group Job description : Position Summary: As the Director of Construction Administration (CA) for Bonaventure you are responsible for leading and managing the CA team within the Production group for both internal design build projects and 3rd party design only projects. As an integrated design/procure/build organization, this leader will be responsible for creating an ultra-efficient and streamlined process that takes advantage of our unique project delivery methodology. The Director of CA leads the CA team via direct and indirect supervision, while being the key liason between design and construction teams, reviewing and solving technical issues, providing cadence of information reviews and approvals, utilizing technology platforms to support communication between departments.
