Job title: Aging Care Manager 2 (Local Government) – Beaver County Area Agency on Aging Company: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Job description : THE POSITION Seeking qualified individuals to investigate and perform casework in assisting older adults in need of protective services. On call rotation required. DESCRIPTION OF WORK Develops care plans for older adult clients. Provides Protective Services as defined by regulations and contractual requirements to persons age 60 and older within Beaver County. Work Hours and Additional Information: Full-time employment. Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; 1 hour lunch period. On call rotation required.
