As the Service BSC Director you will oversee the daily operations of the centralized Service call center as well as hire, coach, train and develop the service BSC agents. Oversee all daily operations of the Automotive Service Call Center currently supporting 10 dealerships. OEM brands include Toyota, Lexus, Nissan, Volvo, and Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Preparing daily work for each call center agents including, confirming rescheduling and appointments, checking parts and overview of appointment details. Work directly with all Service Directors regarding service appointments, recalls, schedules, pricing, and parts. Hire and train all new incoming call center agents.
