Less interested in those with strictly academic clinical/statistical/epidemiological research, histology, molecular biology backgrounds. High visibility project with a significant ramp up. Fast Paced Environment. Need candidates that can quickly jump in and learn the processes and SOPs quickly. A new grad will be considered as long as they have solid lab experience like having a significant role on a project that helped build foundational skills. Masters degree is also fine as long as they understand the pay range.
