Job title: Director Corporate Law Company: Job description : Seagen is seeking an outstanding corporate and securities lawyer to join our growing team. The Director, Corporate Law will work on securities law matters, general corporate matters including corporate governance and corporate structure, executive compensation and equity and benefits compensation matters. This position is a highly collaborative role, and the Director, Corporate Law will work closely with a team of professionals in a dynamic growth environment, often in a leadership capacity. Prior corporate and securities law firm experience required. Prior experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and prior in-house experience a plus.
