Job title: Manager Commissions Administration Company: Seagate Job description : About our group: The Commissions Administration team is part of the Global Sales Finance group. We are scattered around the world with staff in the US, Singapore, and Amsterdam. Our main goal is to help Sales with Finance related topics. We are a business partner to the Sales Leaders and provide support with new customer onboarding, temporary credit limits, special requirements for deals, like extended payment terms. We also help with reporting needs and specifically for this role, we are responsible for the administration and payment of the Sales Commissions to all commissionable staff. About the role – you will: Manage the comprehensive “end-to-end” processing of commission plans and sales incentive payment calculation for all commissionable positions worldwide.
