Upon successful completion of the 6-month probationary period, employee will be promoted to an Aging Care Manager 2 with salary increase. Aging Care Managers are trained to assess the needs of older adults; develop and implement care plans; provide advocacy and ongoing care management; and protect consumers from abuse, neglect, exploitation and abandonment.
