This role has client-facing parts of our service model as well as an internal resource for managing our processes as they relate to payroll, benefits, compliance, and our software systems. The HR Operations Manager will need to be able to remove your own roadblocks, create core processes, pro-actively drive internal, client and employee communication and case resolution and hold yourself and others accountable to processes.
