Job title: Special Education Teacher, High School – Full Time Company: Ingham Area Schools Job description : ASSIGNMENT/RESPONSIBILITY: A strong teacher leader to assist in fostering student growth in a resource capacity for high school students identified as eligible for special education services. Assist in developing, facilitating, and conducting, monitoring and adjusting instructional opportunities for students. Complete necessary paperwork, documentation, narrative reports, correspondence and evaluation measures to assure all free and appropriate public education (FAPE) requirements are met in a professional and timely manner. QUALIFICATIONS: Valid Michigan teaching certificate with special education endorsement. EI endorsement preferred.
