Job title: Education Associate, Title I, Part C and Title IV Programs Company: Delaware Department of Education Job description : Description of Position: We are currently recruiting for the Education Associate position responsible for managing two federal programs: Title IV, Part A Student Support and Academic Enrichment and Title I, Part C Education of Migratory Children programs. This position will manage the programmatic, fiduciary and reporting requirements for both programs. This position will also work in tandem with LEAs, department staff, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of Delaware’s Every Student Succeeds (ESSA) State Plan.
