Job title: Social Worker (MSW or LCSW) Company: Social Workers Job description : JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Center Manager, the Social Worker (MSW) provides direct social work services to the participants of Redwood Coast PACE including participant assessments, case management, counseling, and referral.
