Job title: State Division Administrator 17 – Forest Resource Division – Assistant Chief Company: State of Michigan Job description : Job Description This position will assist the Division Chief and Department to maintain a high level of involvement and good working relationships with agencies, state and federal; state forestry agencies; the Natural Resources Commission; the Michigan Legislature; universities; and constituent groups throughout Michigan. Serve as Assistant Division Chief to Forest Resources Division. Assist in the overall management of forestry, land use and resource protection programs. Directly supervise four District Managers and two Resource Protection Managers. The location of this position is dependent on the location of the selected candidate.
