Brands Job description : Job Description: § Manage administration of Asset Upgrade Schedules and contractual franchise asset action requirements as it relates to development, development obligations, certifications, plan submittal, franchise royalty rate reductions and reporting. (20%) § Management of Company’s site registration process to include approval letters, timelines, plan submittals and collection of development and franchise fees. (30%) § Manage PHI YUM!
