We are looking for an attorney whose primary responsibility will be a child protection caseload, which means representing the State of Colorado and the Boulder County Department of Human Services (HHS) in dependency and neglect cases for families in crisis. The position requires a successful candidate to be able to handle frequent trials, contested hearings, and routine court hearings as well as write legal briefs and address discovery matters.
