This role will assist with designing, executing, and delivering social media listening reports. The Social Media Listening and Research Associate leads listening efforts on social media, analyzing online conversations about the university, its reputation, and higher education overall. This role has oversight over the setup of regular reports for university stakeholders, adding data-based insights and recommendations.
