Job title: Director of Legal & Business Affairs Company: Moonbug Entertainment Job description : The Legal & Business Affairs Director (US) will provide general legal support to Moonbug in the US. This includes legal production support and other general commercial work. He or she will also provide support to the General Counsel in the UK. Key Responsibilities Act as the day-to-day legal and business affairs lawyer for Moonbug US Draft and negotiate all US & Canadian production deals. Review and advise on existing licensing agreements and other contract related matters Provide strategic business and legal affairs guidance and support to the Moonbug creative and production team. Work cross-functionally with a broad range of departments to implement Moonbug legal policies and procedures.
