The applicant MUST BE LICENSED IN CALIFORNIA IN GOOD STANDING WITH AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN LITIGATION DEFENSE. The right person will be a fast learner, a self-starter, have excellent writing skills, be able to handle their own case load, and be interested in litigation.
