Job description : Description: Summary The SBH RPSW ensures that SBH Resource Parents (RP) receive training, support, and coaching necessary to maintain the stability and well-being of the child and/or youth in their homes. The SBH RPSW will collaborate with and serve as liaison between the SBH RP and Community Umbrella Agency (CUA) Case Manager (CM) to ensuring that the Single Case Plan (SCP) is adhered to and up-to-date.
