Qualified candidates will have working knowledge of CDK (ADP-Dealer Management Software), as well as a full understanding of the daily facets of the dealership. Responsibilities: Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable Perform basic and routine accounting functions Daily deposits Monthly expenses Maintain and reconcile schedules Verifies all vouchers and obtains appropriate payment approval Records vendor information for 1099 reporting Cap A/R payments daily Positive pay file daily upload Posts account vendors and answers inquiries Prepares accounts payable checks Monthly Reporting- AP Accruals Intercompany payables reconciliation Assist Team and Office Manager with special projects as necessary Demonstrates...
