Together we acquire, develop, manage and operate the firm’s global 14 million square foot real estate portfolio in 37 countries exclusively for its own use and occupation. CREL manages all legal matters relating to the firm’s real estate development activities, leasing transactions, acquisitions / disposals, design and construction contracts, and related real estate contracts.
