Develop and recommend reconstruction requirements Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) costs, design and work statements, construction cost estimates, and project and bid schedules. Assess project risk during design and construction based on earned value management, critical path schedule achievement, and compliance with required construction management submittals, and other risk indicators.
