In this role, you’ll focus on litigation and advisory work representing Maricopa County, its agencies, and employees in State and Federal Courts. The Attorney is primarily responsible for providing general advice to and representation of elected officials and various departments within Maricopa County on topics ranging from statutory duties, open meeting law requirements, government contracts, and procurement.
