Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and biometric screens. Provider may be asked to dispense pre-packaged medications as needed. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 7:00am-4:00pm and Tuesday & Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break.
