Description: The Parts Sales Coordinator provides administrative support to the Inside Parts Sales team to help ensure the parts sales ordering process is efficient for customers. Duties: Assist with phone coverage for the sales team. Collect drop ship invoices from vendors and receive them in the system. Add freight cost, tracking numbers and cash out invoices for sales staff. Cash out drop ship invoices. Add Resale Certificates into the system and on the F:// drive.
