Must have a strong desire to help those struggling with mental illness and/or the disease of addiction! Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including PTO, sick time, mental health days, medical insurance, vision/dental insurance, 403b match contribution, etc. In addition, Licensed Counselors are eligible for quarterly and annual productivity bonuses (Outpatient, SBMH. and IHBT programs), as well as CEU/workshop and license fee reimbursement on an annual basis.
