As a member of the leadership team, the Director of Clinical Education and Professional Development provides oversight for the development of training and programs in regard to promoting clinical practice standards. Develops, implements, evaluates, and revises programs of orientation, in-service-training, and continuing education. Takes a lead role in educational initiatives to ensure quality patient care and customer satisfaction.
