Job title: Communications Specialist, Global Forest Watch Company: World Resources Institute Job description : In the role of Communications Specialist, you will support the Global Forest Watch (GFW) initiative. You will be reporting to the Senior Communications Manger for Land and Forests, the Communications Specialist will work across teams to communicate around GFW features, use cases, and relevant research. In this role, you will provide general initiative support and will serve as the GFW point of contact for internal and external communications coordination. You will be responsible for outreach and content creation using GFW’s social media channels, newsletters, and blog. As the Communications Specialist, you will work closely with GFW experts and partners to communicate GFW’s powerful data and leverage it into on-the-ground action.
