Job title: Sales Support Representative Company: Stericycle Job description : Position Purpose: Under general direction role may include: providing customer service, billing/pricing/collections resolution, contract administration, service issues resolution, information management, customer file maintenance, lead routing, and record generation while possibly growing new and secured business through service level upgrades and expanded product offerings for assigned accounts on a daily basis.
