Job Description:
As the HR Coordinator, you act as the control tower for all administration, process development and improvement, and back-office service escalation that keeps our HR Consulting team running smoothly.� In this very important role, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day service of our clients by supporting our HR Business Partners and HR Generalists.� What does a day in the life of this role look like you might ask? You could find yourself creating offer letters, termination documents, handbooks / policies, requesting system set-up changes, prepping benefits documents, or even writing an SOP. This role is fast paced, with a variety of interesting tasks and changing priorities.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Owns all the administrative tasks of the recruitment process, including setting up clients in the recruitment platform, writing job ads, reviewing candidates, and conducting phone screening.
- Provides recommendations and summaries to clients.
- Creates employee documents such as offer letters, termination letters and separation agreements.
- Creates new policies and makes edits to client handbooks.
- Coordinates the annual benefits open enrollment process including preparation of materials, conducting employee meetings, and answering employee questions.
- Owns HR SOP library, including maintenance of existing SOPs and creation of new SOPs.
- Owns HR forms and templates, including routine maintenance and organization of the HR shared drive.
- Crafts job descriptions that are compliant and detailed.
- Research compensation data and provides analysis to HR team.
- Enters cases into CRM (Salesforce) and follows up on all cases in a timely manner. Follows an appropriate chain of escalation to ensure we are delivering what matters to our clients.
- Assists in the set-up of client PTO policies, including completing set-up forms and entering cases into Salesforce.
- Conducts employee touch bases, such as 90-day check-ins, stay interviews and exit interviews.
- Research compliance issues and provides HR team with recommendations and solutions.
- Facilitates employee surveys, such as engagement and pulse surveys.
- Manages file audits at client sites.
- Conducts employee relations investigations and provides resolution recommendations to the HR team.
- Partners with members of the HR team on accomplishing special team projects.
- Provides stellar service to our internal staff by being responsive, timely, and accurate in all communications.
- Looks for continuous improvement opportunities on HR processes and makes recommendations to the HRBP.
