Job description: Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an HR Data Specialist job paying $28/hour in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Type: Full time (40 hours / week) contract
Length: 6 month contract
Pay: $28 /hour
Shift/Hours: 8am -5pm

Responsibilities for this HR Data Specialist position include, but are not limited to:

  • You’re someone who loves the world of data! Flawless data management and keen analytics will help you deliver smooth HR Operations and administration
  • As a system super user, you’ll work closely with HRBPs and Line Managers to ensure organizational data integrity.
  • You own the initiation and execution of Workday transactions
  • You create, maintain, and deactivate Position Numbers and Supervisory organizations
  • You own the initiation and end to end process of Joiner, mover, and leaver Transactions
  • You provide relevant reports and dashboards for your HR Leads

Qualifications for this HR Data Specialist position include:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in HR data systems and processes is needed
  • Full working knowledge of Workday is essential
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel knowledge, including data manipulation and pivot tables
  • Has a passion for service delivery and effectively running operations and processes
  • Strong organization skills will be important as well as attention to detail and diligence
  • Will need to multitask and see work through to full implementation
  • Work with multiple stakeholders and interfaces will be part of the role so strong relationship building and communication skills are key
