Job description: CommQuest currently has several openings for Licensed Professional Counselors or Licensed Social Workers in both Outpatient, Residential, and Field-based environments!!!! Must have a strong desire to help those struggling with mental illness and/or the disease of addiction! Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including PTO, sick time, mental health days, medical insurance, vision/dental insurance, 403b match contribution, etc. In addition, Licensed Counselors are eligible for quarterly and annual productivity bonuses (Outpatient, SBMH. and IHBT programs), as well as CEU/workshop and license fee reimbursement on an annual basis. Sign-on/retention bonus of up to $4,000!!!!

Open positions include:

  • Wilson Hall Adult Men’s Residential facility (Massillon)
  • Deliverance House Adult Women’s Residential facility (Canton)
  • Bright House Adolescent Female Residential facility (Massillon)
  • Outpatient Market Avenue (Canton)
  • Intensive Home Based Treatment (IHBT) Program (Field-based)
  • School Based Mental Health (SBMH) Program (Field-based)
  • Additional opportunities may be available!!!!

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum licensure of LPC or LSW is required, with an LPCC or LISW preferred.
  • Minimum of a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related field is required.
  • Previous experience providing trauma informed and evidence-based counseling is highly desired.
  • Previous experience with EHR systems and/or NextGen is a plus.
  • Must be willing to provide services to a wide variety of clientele.
  • Must be willing to work with adolescents and/or adults, providing individual and group counseling.

Sign-on/Retention Bonus of $4,000!!!!

  • 90 days – $1,000
  • 180 days – $1,000
  • 1 year – $2,000
