JOB SUMMARY: This is a Government Operations Consultant III in the Department of Revenue’s Contract Management Team. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in the management of the operational actions of new legislative initiatives and will act as Team Lead Contract Manager for staff augmentation agreements within the CMT as well as other contract assignments. The incumbent will work with management, and operational and support processes to consistently meet statutory requirements; monitor and report on performance measures related to work delivery; and recommend and monitor the implementation of work delivery improvements under the direction of the IDPA and OMCM.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Currently employed by the Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program.
  • Experience procuring and managing varying types of contracts including staff augmentation contracts.
  • Experience implementing operational processes resulting from legislation.
  • Experience as a team lead.

PREFERENCES:

  • Preference will be given to applicants who hold current FCCM and/or FCCN certifications.
