Job description: ***Must have current Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in the State of MA***

Prior lashing experience is not required but PREFERRED. We will train anyone with the right character, work experience, passion and commitment!

Prior Management experience of at least 2 years in the Beauty, Spa, or other Client Service industry required.

Mission

The mission of the Manager/Lash Artist is to help develop fellow Lash Artists, drive studio performance metrics, and manage inventory needs while also providing Lash and Brow services with constant enthusiasm and care.

Outcomes

• Develop incentive program 1x a month to drive studio performance – with the goal of hitting 80% of target each month
• Work with training department to ensure that each Trainee will be fully Deka certified within 3 months

• Classic Certified within 4 weeks
• Volume and TrueXpress Certified within 8 weeks
• Lift, Tint, Brow Lamination certified within 6 weeks
• Keep record that each Lash Artist has completed continuing education 1x every month
• Drive studio/Lash Artists to Convert 30% of all New Clients to members in first year
• Maintain studio membership retention rates above 85% every month
• Increase product sales as a % of services sales to be 6% every month (if your service sales are $100, you should sell $6 worth of product)
• Keep Employee Utilization averages at 80% monthly in the first year (of the time the Lash Artist is scheduled, how much of that time is spent servicing clients)

Expected salary: $40000 – 70000 per year
