Job description: Local Government Services Program Specialist

The Panhandle Regional Planning Commission (PRPC) serving the 26 counties of the Texas Panhandle is seeking a self-motivated qualified individual to perform complex planning, research, consultative, city management, grant writing, grant administration, and program administration work.

Specific tasks include extensive interaction with governmental agencies, municipalities, counties, and the general public. Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Business, or Public Administration or a related field required with Master’s or at least one year of experience preferable. Salary is negotiable dependent upon qualifications within an approved range of $38,420-$55,450 plus a benefit package.
