Requirements:

MUST BE LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER IN CALIFORNIA (LCSW/LMFT, PSYD)

Role:

Pay: $60,480 base salary for the licensed clinical social worker 2 with a bonus structure (a breakdown of bonuses will be reviewed during the initial interview). Bonuses aid in a higher annual salary.

Job Type: Full-time (25 Hours/week) (onboarded as a part time W2 hourly employee while we build clinician’s caseload to transition to full-time. Sessions are paid at $50)

Onboarding:

Contracting & Credentialing with insurance for a licensed clinical social worker can often take 45-90 days. We anticipate that once insurance paneling has been completed it should take 2-4 weeks to build a caseload; at which time you will become a full time nonexempt salaried employee.
