The Production Associate will multitask between manual functions to create custom invisible aligners on behalf of our customers. This position will be responsible for co-creating the medical device and ensuring that all quality standards are met through this phase of production while complying with FDA, HIPAA, OSHA, and other safety standards.
DAY SHIFT (6A – 6P)
NIGHT SHIFT (6P – 6A)
$14.50 – $16/hr

Responsibilities
- Work with 3D printed arches Multi-task between light machinery stations in an assembly work environment requiring high attention to detail
- Maintain organized process to keep identified arches staged together
- Make intricate adjusted using hand work
- Review final work and check that all quality standards have been met before passing the work to the next Team Member for completion
- Receive aligners and manually perform a rough cut and fine trim using scissors
- Polish aligners to eliminate all rough edges from the scissor cuts
- Responsible for creating labels and putting aligners into bags free of any debris
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures
- Maintains quality standards by approving in-process production; recording quality results as necessary
- Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database
- Understand and follow guidelines to all established Standard Operating Procedures
- Daily review of each shifts Production Quality Concern Trackers
- Monitor and observe operations to ensure they meet production standards as needed
- Recommend adjustments to the process or assembly
- Setup and verify the functionality of the equipment for safety
- Set up and operate equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing process and standard operating procedures
- Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity
- Ensure that all process standards are completed
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications
- Complete all necessary paperwork for record compliance
- Responsible for startup and shutdown procedures
- Maintain an organized process to keep identified raw materials staged and loaded together
Qualifications
