Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Social Worker to serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team to complete social work assessments, participate in treatment planning, and identify discharge needs. The Social Worker will conduct family meetings and individual therapy, as well as facilitate treatment groups. The successful candidate will have knowledge of clinical work theory and practice, skills in clinical assessment, treatment plan development, and implementation, group and individual treatment and case management. The Social Worker will support coverage to Clinical Treatment Team Social Workers. Performs other duties as assigned. This position is a wage/hourly role. Must have flexibility with hours, with a general schedule Monday – Friday during business hours. Holiday Coverage required when local courts are open.

Wage positions can only work up to 29 hours in a week. NO BENEFITS OFFERED.
Minimum Qualifications

Masters in Social Work is required

Prior inpatient social work experience in mental health or internship
Preferred Qualifications

Valid driver’s license preferred.

Clinical Social Work licensure in Virginia preferred
