Business has picked up significantly at my client who is a Design/Build Firm located on Long Island! We need a Project Manager/Architect with an enthusiasm and passion for design.

Job Duties & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Architecture.
  • 8-15+ years of experience designing projects-commercial, industrial, educational, retail, etc.
  • Manage all phases of a project from start to finish.
  • Proficient with autocad.
  • Ability to do design-construction documents, schematic designs, design developments.
  • Outstanding client interaction skills.
  • Ability to mentor Intern Architects.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
