What You Will Be Doing

The Bioinformatics scientist will be designing algorithms to diagnose cancer. You will lead the NGS analysis algorithm, prototype workflows, and work with scientists in the wet lab.

What You Need for this Position

Experience with the following:

– Machine Learning
– NGS
– R and Python/Perl

PhD in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or similar
