We are currently looking for an (SDR) Sales Development Representative to increase the qualified pipeline of new opportunities for our software solution targeted at real estate brokers. The SDR should be a self-starter with a track record of successful lead follow-up and sales development experience at multiple executive levels.
Responsibilities
- Achieve a goal of creating 20+ qualified opportunities per month
- Uncovering opportunities through outbound prospecting calls and emails
- Utilize consistent contact attempt process via phone and email follow-up and qualify leads generated by marketing campaigns
- Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
- Keep abreast of the industry and technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers
- Follow the established qualification process and consistently use CRM to document prospect interaction, ensuring efficient lead management
- Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize phone time and adhering to metrics
- Research and navigate business websites for key information
- Develop and optimize CRM outreach campaigns
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year lead qualification/sales development
- Tech-savvy with a strong ability to learn new technology and ramp-up quickly
- Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment as a team player
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
- Quick and efficient with a computer
- Ability to work independently without a lot of direction
- Thrives in a highly competitive environment, must be driven by commissions
- Residential real estate experience will be strongly considered
- Recent college grads will be considered
What We Offer
- $75,000 per year OTE (on-target earnings) based on achievement against goals for SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) developed monthly
- This is a contract-to-hire role with the ability to convert to an employee role with benefits after a successful 90 day trial period
