Diversity Recruiter – Talent Acquisition –

  • Talent Acquisition background is a MUST!!
  • Diversity degree or certification is a MUST!
  • Recent college grad with HR intern is ok!
  • Exp at a financial firm, investment or bank is a big plus!

Bi-Lingual is a big plus!

DUTIES

  • Involved in Diversity, & Talent Acquisition day to day operations
  • Coordinates program needs with other internal departments.
  • Evaluates needs and determines how to best introduce initiatives.
  • Measures the effectiveness of nitiatives and prepares both internal and external reports.
  • Working directly with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers,
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records on the internal applicant tracking system
  • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

MUSTS

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to deal with ambiguity
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with MS Word and Excel

9am-5pm M-F onsite in Boston, MA – remote to start
