A state of the art Diagnostic & Treatment Center Located in Forest Hills, NY. is seeking medical assistants for their growing practice. Specialties that you will be working with will include Internal Medicine, Neurology, Pain Management, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities:

  • Phlebotomy.
  • Patient Vitals.
  • Documenting patients symptoms.
  • Exam room prep.
  • Assisting medical practitioners during exams.
  • Documenting physicians notes.

Front Desk Duties:

  • Answering and routing calls.
  • Patient Scheduling

Qualifications:

  • Must be NYS certified.
  • Phlebotomy certification must.
  • EMR/EHR familiar; TCMS a plus.
  • Must be fluent in English; bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
  • Recent graduates must have internship experience.
  • HS diploma or GED required.
  • Must be documented to work in the USA
  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced medical practice.

Compensation:

  • $18 to $22 per hour

Schedule Requirements:

  • Must be available to work an 8 hour shift Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am to 7pm.
  • 2 Saturdays per month of your choice are required from 10am to 2pm

Expected salary: $18 – 22 per hour
