Client Details

Our client is a Top 300 National ENR GC, and has been established for over 90 years. They are nationally recognized, and have become one of the most reputable General Contractors in the Southeast. They are consistent national award winners, including fastest growing companies, top workplaces, among others. Their market sectors include commercial, education, healthcare, aviation, multifamily, etc. They are currently seeking a Project Superintendent to lead their Northeast NC market operations.

Description

• Lead site team from construction start through project closing
• Ensure contract scope is understood by the entire site management team.
• Conduct preconstruction meetings with all subcontractors prior to beginning each phase of work.
• Create and maintain a baseline production schedule for the project
• Review and assist in developing scopes of work for each subcontractor.
• Administer a Quality Control Plan.
• Review and approve all invoices and requisitions to ensure correct payment to vendor.
• Ensure the work environment is safe.
• Supervise and evaluate assigned personnel and maintain a positive working environment for the entire site team.

Profile

• 5+ Years of experience as a Superintendent with a Commercial GC
• K-12 project experience is required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to lead the Field Operations for large commercial projects
• Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
