Job description: Project Architect

The position is responsible for completing the design of projects from early concept through construction documents including execution of design narratives, specification editing, and material / product selection. The position involves coordination with engineering team members for the full project execution. Position involves site survey, some travel, concept design, client coordination, product research, and construction phase services.

Qualified candidates will have an accredited architecture degree with 8-15 years’ experience. Licensed in one state. Excellent oral and written skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT. Adobe and SketchUp desired but not required. Motivated individual with ability to lead a project team. Experience in healthcare, and federal offices and facilities is preferred.
