Job description: Our client is hiring for outbound sales call representatives to work in their call center. Days are fast paced, constantly evolving, and will keep you on your toes. If you are looking for a challenging entry level position with career advancement, this is the position for you! This is an entry level position to get you on track to a career in the mortgage industry. If you are looking for a career as a loan officer, loan processor, headset coordinator, post closing or team manager in the mortgage industry, you will be a great fit for our client! 2021 is a great year to jump into the Mortgage Industry! This industry will always be “essential”, and you will learn about the industry while you are working and getting paid!

You will be working with our prospective clients through our internal database. Prospective clients come through from web inquiries online (Lending Tree, other mortgage refinancing systems). After training your day to day experience will be as follows:
– Make outbound phone calls
– Work with customer to identify their needs: are they looking to refinance, lower payments, etc.?
– Adjust and deliver sales pitch to customer to meet their needs
– After learning about the customer, you will input their details the system and then reconfirm all information back to them
– Competitive nature by working as a team, your goal is 3-4 apps per day to be processed to our Loan Originator’s. You will need to be able to overcome objections from clients to get them to the application stage.
– From those applications that you produce, the goal is 3 appointments for our vice-president to go out and meet the clients.

Schedule:
Mon-Thur 9-7/11-9 (Swing shift rotates weekly)
Fri 9:45am -2pm
1 hour lunch break

Dress code:
Business Casual Mondays-Thursday. Casual/dress down on Fridays
