Location: 100% Remote for US residents

Duration: 6+ mo contract – part time (avg 35 hrs per MONTH)

Our established client is seeking to bring on a Five9 Developer to join the IVR Administration team to assist with developing and implementing Five9 applications to support the business requirements. The ideal candidate will display drive and ability to get the job done! The role involves developing knowledge of business processes, dependencies, and strategies to design key solutions that enhance processes and improve user satisfaction. The Five9 Developer will be responsible for creating thorough documentation of IVR and application infrastructure.

MUST HAVE Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ Five9 Development experience
  • API connections
  • Building campaigns
  • Multiple skill routing
  • End to end testing
  • Able to be on call 24/7
  • Able to pass a financial credit check (i.e. nothing in collections, charged off, etc.)

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Financial domain experience
  • Five9 Consulting experience
