POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Bentley Community School District is seeking a high-energy, organized and creative person to implement aspects of Individual Education Plans & Behavior Education Plans as assigned. Other responsibilities include monitoring students in the classroom, lunchroom, and passing between classes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
? Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development or the equivalent
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Basic computer skills
? Previous successful experience in a classroom

REPORTS TO:
Middle School Principal WORKDAY/WEEK: School Year/Full-time STARTING DATE: As soon as possible
