Job description: ICF is currently seeking a Sr. Financial Systems Developer. This is an exceptional opportunity to help shape corporate growth and contribute innovative solutions that meet some of ICF’s most pressing needs.

The position will be within ICF’s Corporate Information Technology (CIT) organization and be global in scope. The candidate will work with functionals to review business requirements, create supporting design documents and implement the desired solution delivering data migrations, integrations or other custom solutions.

In this role, you will:

Lead and execute Data Migration and Integration efforts related to system consolidation and Acquisitions.

Determine the data to be converted in partnership with functionals and formulate approach, number of conversions, Project plan for the technical components & timing of conversion.

Lead and execute complete data migration which includes extracting the data from legacy system, data transformation & loading data to the destination systems.

Develop code, scripts, or processes necessary for data conversion, migration or integration, and validation.

Develop complex data migration plans utilizing industry standard ETL tools such as SSIS, Informatica, etc.

Create applications, tools, or other objects to support data conversion, migration, integrations and validation rules using SQL, HTML, Data Loader, Java, .NET tools, or other advanced development tools or products.

Design and Develop Custom Costpoint Extensions

In this role, you will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business and/or Computer Systems

5+ years of hands-on experience with Deltek products specifically around Data Management, Integrations, and Custom Application development.

5+ years interacting and use of multiple database platforms (Oracle, SQL)

5+ years of data migration experience using industry standard ETL tools and applications.

Expert at merging Costpoint databases or integrating new companies into Costpoint database, Restructure of accounts, org’s, projects, employees, etc.

Extensive experience working with SQL, data extraction, data transformation, and data loading.

Experience with programming Web Services technologies – REST, SOAP, Java, and Costpoint Integration Console and extensibility development experience.

Experience extracting, transforming and loading financial/accounting data

Strong technical aptitude and problem solving skill

Experience with design of validation rules for conversion and migration activities

Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus

Experience with back office systems that include

Deltek CostPoint, Vision and Maconom. IBM Cognos
