Job description: Our team and customer base are both growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a Salesforce Developer to help us manage our Salesforce instance and the peripheral tools that plug into it, both upstream and downstream in order to provide our users and partners the best possible experience in our CRM and payment portals, while providing the business the necessary visibility in order to make important and quick strategic and tactical decisions. Our goal is to implement a Salesforce-centric business tech stack that provides our customer-facing teams with a single pane of glass of actionable data and easy-to-useeasy-to-record business processes. This role requires you to work directly with our Sales, Account Management, Operations team members, as well as leaders throughout the company. In addition to standard Salesforce administration, you will work to develop, implement, maintain, and automate business processes and procedures, security profiles and user access, dashboards, reports, and business data within Salesforce, as well as assist with evaluating new business tools and proposed processes and integrations into Salesforce, providing guidance on best course to meet our goals. This position requires a consistent work ethic, strong attention to detail, the ability to form requirements with your business partners, and customer-centric mindset. Responsibilities Primary liaison with other departments for corporate projects work with key stakeholders to uncover key requirements and goals for all corporate projects related to Salesforce and other customer-facing business systems, and customer data and processes in general General administration of Salesforce and other front-end business systems User Roles, Profiles, Security Permissions, New User Set-up CRM data and workflow troubleshooting Assist with development of new business processes pertaining to Revenue Generating activities and good CRM-hygiene and Data Integrity Workflow, Field, Object creation and maintenance within SFDC Salesforce Dashboard and Report Built-out and Maintenance Identification, Evaluation and recommendations on additional tools requested for our Tech Stack Integration Review and Implementation or Configuration and ongoing maintenance Work with Marketing stakeholders to maintain integration with HubSpot, or other upstream marketing automation tools Other business systems support and troubleshooting Review data and processes for feedback and enhancements Requirements 5+ Years of experience being an Administrator for SalesForce Experience in managing integrations to and from SalesForce Experience in developing custom objects, workflows, andor using process builder in SalesForce Understanding of Salesforce User Roles and Security Permissions Understanding of the Sales funnel and basic flow of Marketing and Sales processes and date through a CRM system Experience in auditing and cleaning data Ability to work with stakeholders to understand problems, gather requirements, and present rationale and explain technical logic to the team Must be excellent at writing and contributing to the internal documentation and knowledge bases Exceptional customer relationship skills Excellent troubleshooting and research skills Excellent listening and communications skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work on multiple priorities andor projects simultaneously. Action-oriented, customer-focused, with effective prioritization, goal setting and time management skills. Outstanding interpersonal skills projection of professional image and credibility teamwork oriented and inclusive. Must be authorized to work in the United States At least 3 year of experience in IT or managed services is preferred Note No C2C. Should be in our W2
